Nice place just a few problems

The staff at the hotel were great. My fiancé has a fear of heights so they gave us keys to three rooms on three different floors so that we could go and see which room best met our needs. The room itself was very nice and comfortable an the view was spectacular (floor to ceiling double payned windows and sliding doors with an oceanfront view). The only downside was the carpet needed to be cleaned, when across the room with barefeet or white socks the bottoms turned black. Overall the quality of the staff and the ambience of the hotel was amazing for the price and we will definitely be staying there again.

Great location

Hotel was clean and the staff very nice. being on the beach is always a plus. Had a two bedroom with full kitchen. Would stay her again.

Great room for the money

Hotel is ideally located for beach. The rooms are beginning to show their age but it was ideal for what we wanted which was a place to sleep and bathe. The parking is very convenient.

Nice place for the money

Nice hotel for the money. We prefer to not stay in the middle of Ocean Blvd but if you do, this is the hotel for you. Warning, be very careful in the parking garage -- the turns are really tight, and despite the fact that there are mirrors to indicate oncoming cars, few people seem to pay much attention. Reccommend trying to stay "above the garage" --- it goes to floor 10 and it's likely that those floors are noisy --- we stayed on 15 and it was quiet as can be......but the elevators are slow, really slow!

awesome hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. Front desk was very friendly. Cute little store located in the hotel and loved the lil tiki bar type thing by the pool. Only negative was the parking garage, very tight spaces and when you start your turn to go to next level you are unable to see oncoming traffic.

Great location and friendly staff however, furnishings need to be updated--beds need new mattresses and couch was in terrible shape. Pool area was very nice.

I walked in this room and screamed! The View!!!

Stove, Microwave, Fridge and all the cooking stuff!!! Balcony needed a table instead of little cocktail table but other than that...it was awesome

Outdated and dirty

Was not thrilled when we walked into our room. It is very outdated and the floors were dirty and the carpet was coming up. The bathroom wasn't that great either. No counter space in the bathroom and the room was musty and moldy around the sliding glass door. Was not worth the money!

Great room for the money

Overall a great stay. The room was great for the price. The carpet was quite soiled and needed an upgrade. They seemed to be in the process of changing carpet and furniture in several of the other condos. The location is wonderful. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Would stay at this place again.

Comfort at an affordable price

Camelot by the Sea is a very nice hotel. We have stayed at this Hotel for the last 5 years. However, this particular stay was good, except for the house keeping. Our room which was a 2 bdrom, did not get cleaned until after 3:30 each day. That was very uncomfortable for us. We typically get up and out early (around 10) and come back to the room to refresh around 3:00. We had to rearrange our times just so they could clean our room (and it wasn't cleaned well this time at all).
