Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 29Not worth the money
If you need somewhere to stay in downtown Cleveland, look somewhere else. This place is not what a Hilton should look like. The staff was very nice, but the room is just lame for the money. Nothing better than what you'd get at a cheaper hotel really; small, no great amenities, no continental breakfast, parking is extra. There are better options in the Cleveland downtown area.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 29Bad Experience
The staff at the hotel was so unfriendly. I was out exploring the town and called the hotel to ask about food in the area and the lady at the front desk put me on hold for 15 minutes before i hung up and called back. Then the same staff member answered the phone very rude and told me she was busy i had to wait. Im sorry i was lost in a strange town and all i did was ask for help locating dinning. Then the room was not clean at all the night table beside the bed had crumbs on it as well did the side chair. The shower then had hair on the drain. I was not happy at all with the hotel and wont be staying there again

What attracted me to this hotel was location. It was my girlfriend's birthday and all she wanted was a fun day in downtown Cleveland. Progressive field is actually across the street, and there were plenty of places for us to go to enjoy the nightlife within the same block. Yeah it was a little more expensive than I'm use to, but it was worth it because I never had to get a taxi or drive.

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 29Terrible time at Hilton Garden Inn - Cleveland
My husband and I went to Cleveland for a concert and a nice weekend getaway. With the exception of a great concert and great company our stay was terrible. There were guests of the hotel that were up for a good part of the evening outside the front door close to where our room was located. They were shouting and speaking loud well into the early morning. When I finally called down to ask that they do something I was told they were trying and I was not the first guest to complain. The noise then came inside to the room across the hall from us and continued. Management finally took action at 4am asking them to leave which is when we finally were able to get some sleep!! In the morning I needed to speak to the front desk about something and let the woman behind the desk know of our terrible evening. She said that she was aware and had 2 pages of complaints and notes from the night staff. There was no apology and no level of concern at that time or later when we checked out. The hotel staff clearly does not know how to handle uncomfortable situations or maintain the satisfaction of their guests. The people that spent the night disturbing everyone else should have been asked to leave well before the $am hour they were. The management clearly could not get them under control or get a handle on the situation. The management's lack of concern for the other guests comfort and the complete disregard for how we enjoyed our stay and not inquiring the next morning fearful of our response is why I would never stay at this hotel again. It was definitely not worth it. Good thing it was a god concert!

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 29Wonderful Hotel
The hotel was very beautiful, our room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was curtious and very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty, the only thing about it was you had to go down to the restaurant to eat, no room service for breakfast was available. The only disappointment was the pool, wasn't very clean, it looked a little green. All in all a very nice hotel, would definitely stay there again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 29Nice room for the money
Nice hotel. Everything was closed in the hotel because of Christmas, restaurant, bar etc... Little disappointing. Was not pleased that I had to pay 16 dollars a day to park my car.

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 29Great room, especially for the money - Close to theater district
The staff was very professional. The rooms are really nice. Our bed was super comfortable, but hotel beds rarely are to us. We were in town to go to a concert at the Palace theater in Playhouse Square theater district and it took us about 8 minutes to walk there and we felt relatively safe walking back late at night. Only complaint was that there weren't as many restaurants and the ones nearby were mostly closed by 6pm on a Saturday evening, weird. Would definitely stay here again though.
