Needs Improvement

Wet paint on door next to handle, no warning...toilet overflowed...front desk clerk upon check-in seemed to be in a hurry, while no other guests were there. A big disappointment.

I'd Stay Here Again!

This hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, beautiful, and quiet. I couldn't ask for anything better!

Great Experience

Very elegant hotel- "very Boston". Staff was very courteous and helpful. Excellent location in the heart of downtown Boston.

excellent hotel staff

All requests were met with positive attitudes and immediate action. Very understated approach but extemely knowledgable about any topic asked.
