Clean and comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a little noise from the airport and I asked for an extra pillow and never received it. Other than that it was a good room for the price.

desk staff was cordial, continental breakfast was plesant, shuttle service a bit sluggish, mattress to firm.

Great Deal for Budget Spender

Stayed here because of the price. The hotel had a very strong smell of curry. A nice Indian family seemed to own the place. The smell was in the hallways and slightly in the room. Room was OK but nothing to write home about. Internet connection worked but was disconnected several times. Easy access to the highway and Esters Blvd. Great access to DFW using a back road that runs behind the hotel strip.

Neds improvement

Not at all satisfied. Room door did not lock on the 1st room, moved to another, and the door wouldn't open. Had to move to a 3rd room before being able to set my luggage down. TV remote didn't work. Hard to get back and forth to my room with the smell in the hall ways. Sat down the first morning to have breakfast and the milk was sour. Waited and they replaced it with more sour milk. Next morning same thing. 3rd morning finally fresh milk. It I hadn't prepaid and I was going to loose a night for cancellation I would have left after the 1st night

Unacceptable

I stayed in room 208. There was severe water damage in the bathroom. The top of the shower had water rings from flooding. Paint was peeling from walls in several locations. The worse part was the toilet was sinking through the floor and the ceramic tiles were broken and loose and the toilet rocked back and forth due to the damage. I told the front desk about all the problems and they did not seem too worried about it. I ask for an adjustment on my room rate and they told be basically too bad I should have said something the night before. I would have if I had not came in so late and did not see the damange until the next morning. This room should not even been rented. It was that bad.

Stinky Room / Replaced

My First Room hey gave me had horrible smell I checked room before my luggage, They gave me much better room right away. I decided to stay another night and they did raise the price on $5.00. I told them I could go back to room and do it online again the clerk was helpful and tried The manager would not let him ( he said )

Excellent all around

The desk service was great, the rooms were large and in good condition, the internet worked, and it is close to the airport and right next to The Parking Spot, a good parking service for DFW. It was everything I could ask for. I just booked another stay there.

Good Hotel

Good hotel, clean, comfortable bed. Only thing was that the TV programming did not match the hotel guide for the different channels. Had a couple fo good movies that would play at specific times.

It was a good hotel but it was a fair distance to places to eat.
