Smallish room, but it had the essentials. Location is convenient, right near the Airport Express bus stop.

1. the room is small like a shoe box; 2. I've never seen a hotel room without carpet until coming here; 3. If the bathtub doesn't drain the water, you will have to take a bath instead of a shower. Because no one is going to help you to fix it within 40 minutes. By the way, don't call! Because the front desk might hang up on you any second; 4. You will wake up at 9am everyday without a problem. The cleaning ladies will be your alarm when they clean your next room; 5. Don't drive here. No parking available.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 29Good for the Money..Excellent location
Despite the rooms are too small, the stay was worth it. Fully renovated rooms, very clean amenities and location is great if visiting downtown Toronto for business or the Caribana.

Hotel room was very small and bathroom did not have any ventilation. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Great location.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 29Great location, small room
We're not very picky people. We chose this hotel because it was the cheapest in the downtown that night and we spent a lot of money the night before at a specialty hotel. Overall, it was an ok one night stay. The hotel was well kept and our room was clean but very small. I didn't mind it except for the fact that our luggage took up almost all of the open space in the room (2 small suitcases), so it became a bit difficult to manuever around the room. Also, hard to find room to put your toiletries in the bathroom. Very very little counter space. We had little interaction with the hotel staff but check in and check out were a breeze. The location is VERY convenient to all downtown attractions, restaurants and bars. My biggest complaint is that the air conditioner literally sounded like we were sleeping next to a locomotive. It was extrememly loud and made for a less than restful night of sleep. Could just be that room, though. Good for a one night stay tops.

Front Desk personnel were friendly and helped with directions. Downstairs PUB was nice - good beer, food and not too pricey. The bartender was great at recommending the local nightlife. Couldn't find the pool tables that were advertised on the website. Underground parking garage next door - Cost $10 CA a day.

The room was extremly tiny, we asked for two beds and got two child side toddler beds. If felt like we were at camp with the boyscouts, the only thing nice about this hotel is the location. We could have stayed at a dive and been just as happy. Not worth the money they make you pay.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 29It's Alright
The hotel itself isn't bad if you're going to be traveling alone or with one other person, but the rooms are very small, and there are few options to increase the size or comfort of the room. I didn't find the hotel staff to be extremely helpful or friendly, some of them were, but, as an example, I told the desk staff that the wireless internet wasn't working and they got upset and told me I should have reported it sooner, despite the fact that we learned it wasn't working at around midnight the previous night, and I told them the following morning.

The hotel has small rooms but everything you need in Toronto. As long as you plan on enjoying the city and not hanging out in your room this hotel is a good choice. The staff are pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and they are very close to the theater. What more could you need?
