Great location

This hotel is in the best location - easy to King Street (for dinners), the PATH underground shopping, Union Square, quick walk to CN Tower. Liked everything about the hotel, but that the room had a heavy smell of paint....which needed to be aired out.

Very good value

We were traveling with our five year old son, and noted the other reviewers' comments about small room size. Our initial room (queen size bed with rollaway cot) was much too small for the three of us -- it would have been a squeeze for two adults without the rollaway. Then we discovered that the $20 fee for the rollaway was the same as the difference in price for a much larger room with 2 queen-size beds. The hotel easily made the switch for us, and our stay was fantastic. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the hotel is well-located for transportation and sights, and it was a great value. We had a fantastic stay. It helps the Toronto is a wonderful city, and the Torontonians are very pleasant and helpful.

Great Deal

excellent value for the money -- but it would be nice if there was a laundry room (not dry cleaning) in the hotel.
