Good overall value.

The hotel was in a good location, relative to Sea World. Swimming Pool and Hot Tub dirty and no life guard. People consuming alcohol in the swimmimg pool! Nobody supervising the pool area. Room service - average.

Smelly room

They could not guarantee a non-smoking room. The room itself was clean and spacious, but had a heavy smell of smoke. The sheets and pillows also smelled like smoke. Unfortunately we couldn't open a window to air out the room. When we complained they offered to move us to another room but it was also a smoking room and air spray. SERIOUSLY!!!! Other than check in the service was poor in their restaurant and the rest of the hotel.

Great Hotel

The best part of our stay was the beds. So comfortable it was hard to want to get out of bed in the mornings. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel and room were clean and in good repair. Location is near Universal and Disney. Minor complaints: Computer room was very warm due to so many machines in a small room. Would be nice to have a little more ventilation. The breakfast was good, but a little pricey @ $11.50. I had to get someone to find the cook so we could order our omelets.

Awesome hotel and Location

Very nice location next to seaworld and close to everything

Great Location to Disney

Easy drive to all four Disney parks and Downtown Disney. Left at 8:30 each morning and arrived at parks by 8:45. Room was really nice and comfortable and quiet, even though a lot of kids were staying there. The laundry cost $2.00 per load for washing and $2.00 per load for drying. Thats the only complaint. Would definitely stay again!

Terrific!

Comfortable room with a great view of the fireworks at Seaworld; very good customer service; nice breakfast (although IHOP is a better deal); convenient access to attractions, restaurants and shops on International Blvd., as well as Route 4. The only "complaint": had to ask for extra towels. This was a wonderful place to stay! Will definitely stay there again.

Outstanding Hotel

OUTSTANDING!! hotel and location, if you are going to sea world you would be a fool to stay elsware as it is just a short walk to the park and you save on the cost and dealing with the parking, you are in and out slick and quick giveing you more time to enjoy the park and less stress "the point of a vacation"

Great Hotel

If your going to seaworld this is the hotel for you. it's within walking distance to the park. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that the beds were too firm. I prefer a softer mattress. Once again great hotel for the price and location.

Very Comfortable

It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. You have everything at your fingertips, SeaWorld, Downtown Disney and the Loop. The staff was super friendly. I would definately recommend this hotel to others and I will surely stay here again.
