Sheraton Houston Brookhollow At I-610 and Hwy 290

Clean/quiet/comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay... short as it was... the room was neat, bathroom clean and the hotel was lovely!

Outstanding Hotel

This hotel was wonderful, from the staff to the service. I got my moneys worth. This hotel i would recommend to anyone.. Will stay again when I visit again!!!

Beautiful Place to Stay :-)

I went to Houston just to visit some friends & the Sheraton definitely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are BEAUTIFUL & the staff is very pleasant. The price was outstanding, especially for such short notice & the location is okay if you are familiar with Houston or have a GPS. The only complaint I honestly have is parking is a beast. I drove around 15-20 minutes one night to find a place to park. But other than that I have nothing but glowing things to say about my stay. I will definitely be at the Sheraton for my next visit to Houston & you should too!

Comfortable yet hard to get to

The room was comfortable, although the baseboards were missing. We tried to buy a movie and their system was messed up, so we couldn't view it. The breakfast was good but a bit on the expensive side.

Weekend

My best friend and I went away to Houston for the weekend and this hotel was very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfy! :)

My stay at the Sheraton was very enjoyable on a whole. The room was clean and attractive. The hotel itself is beautiful. However, when I ordered room service my order was not prepared as requested, and I had to have it sent back twice. The second time the chef prepared a whole different sandwich. It was sloppy and I returned it again. Granted, it was later when I got in (about 9pm) but I stil expect service to be on point. After a long flight I was tired, hungry and irritated and after driving to the hotel and after my shower I just wanted to have something to eat and lie down. The server was pleasant and apologetic. I appreciate his pleasant attitude, but I was disappointed in the food.

Extremely Satisified

We had a wonderful stay. The room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. The hotel was a little tricky to get to but the room was great.
