Great room for the money.

I was glad that I did not have to spend to much money to stay in a hotel which is clean and located in nicer area. Free Breakfast was a joke though. Internet is wired but it was free. Now a days internet in hotel is wireless, so people can surf the net while on the bed. Front desk guy needs to be retrained, he is certainly not fit for hotel industry. Hotel was extremly clean at least at the 9th floor where I stayed. It is located near 610 freeway but I did not hear any noise. This is deffinetly a great hotel for any family to stay.

great hotel but

hotel was nice but not much open from 2-5 and drinks out of vending machine.

Needs better internet access

No wireless internet service in the rooms; dialup service was available, but didn't even work. Gym was pretty good.

AWESOME

I usually stay at theanother hotel next to the Galleria, but for over $ 200 less, I decided to stay at the Brookhollow. It was great, comfy beds, new everything excellent room service and self parking made my 3 night business trip a breeze!
