I really wasn't pleased with this hotel at all. Our room wasn't clean, needed to be vacuumed. Customer service was all right. Parking is horrible and if you want to get a spot remotely close to the front door, you will be paying $10 a day. I also didn't feel like it got enough television stations. We didn't get Disney or Nickelodeon...so my 4 year old was quite displeased. It was cheap, which was good. Breakfast food was expensive. You can't beat the location, you can see the airplanes take off and land. Next time I will stay at my favorite hotel, Embassy Suites. Oh, and no fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron, either!

Loved the stay

Best part was we stayed with the kids. We left after a day at Build-A-Bear. Came back and they had tucked the animals in, with a note that said they were "chilling out till we came back". The girls loved it.

Ok for the money

The hotel was ok. It is an older building that has been remodeled. Pool water not very clear. There is a $10.00 a day parking fee that was not mentioned.

Wonderful

The hotel as great. The staff was friendly and courteous. However, the production of a movie, with George Clooney, made it hard to get in and out except on the weekedend. I wish they gave out autographs to make up for the inconvience!!!! The hotel in farthest north, being on Spring break vacation, all the sites are all the way across town!!! Use the interstates!!!

needs improvement

first of all there was no water pressure in the shower,the decor in the rooms didnt match at all and third of all i really didnt like walking threw a hotel lobby that had smoking going on especially having a child with me. Give them a butt hutt outside.

Not what I expected

The floor was damp. The tub was dirty. The room had a moldy, mildew smell to it.
