Wonderful

This is an outstanding hotel. Wonderful service, and great beds. It was my friends first trip to Texas, and she was SO impressed. She couldn't believe how friendly everyone was. I will be back to the Adolphus!

Good Bones...

The hotel was nice it is just old and the rooms need to be updated. However, for the price I was satisfied. The bar is really beautiful as is the lobby. The staff was friendly and the rooms where huge just a bit out dated. Need new TVs, etc...

beautiful hotel, gets costly fast

room service was nice, but the waiter didn't tell me the gratuity was already added into the bill when he took the cash i had. they have several "pending" charges on my credit card that i have no idea what they are, nor could i get an answer from them what it is.

Great room for the money!

We had family traveling together and the hotel was able to accommodate us with four rooms togehter in a corner. This beautiful hotel did not cost much more than your average chain but the atmosphere was priceless.

Beautiful Historic Hotel

If you love the experience of an elegant, historic hotel, The Adolphus Hotel in downtown Dallas is perfect. Excellent service in a beautiful environment. Very pleased with my stay!

Great except for one thing.....

The hotel was very nice - clean, comfy. The only thing we didn't like was that there are not fitted sheets on the beds. In the night, the sheets came up and the mattress was exposed. That's the only thing! They treat you like royalty!

Good location, few bells and whistles

Great locations but no pool, and the nearest place was an extra few. No hair dryer and you had to call to get ice brought to your room, no ice on any floors
