Everything waa perfect. I loved the historic feel to the hotel and we walked to reunion towerd, Thanksgiving Square, Dealy Plaza, and the West End. It was a great location!! The hotel is beautiful and the service was friendly and attentive. I will stay here again.

Great food at the hotel restaurant, bistro. The hotel room tv didn't have that many channels (was only a regular tv - not plasma or lcd) and didn't have any hbo channels either.

We ended up leaving this hotel at 1:45 am and checking out. The "King" bed was a double and extremely uncomfortable. We were on the 19th floor and could hear everything going on in the streets below. It was horrible!! We checked out and drove home.

My only concern was there was no pool or hot tub... kind of a bummer.

The bed was extrememly comfortable, the room was very imacculate and the staff was extremely helpful. The only issues I had were that we could not get a wireless internet signal in our room and that the cleaning crew did not replace our towels, soap or shampoo, nor did they empty the trashcans in the room. For as much as the room cost per night, I would have expected these to be done.

It is always a pleasure to stay here, and I felt our Jr. Suite was a great value for the price. Even room service was priced fairly and came promptly. Check-in and out was easy and pleasant, and they really handled the valet mob (football game weekend) efficiently and courteously. My only complaints: a jr. suite in a hotel of this class should provide robes, and our fitted sheets came loose every night (weren't very fitted, were they?. Other than these two minor complaints, a lovely stay. Also, don't miss the French Room for dinner.

For the price paid, the hotel was impeccable and contributed to the amazing experience, thanks to hotels.com
