Needs Improvement

Pros: Great Location, Friendly Service Cons: Steep Security Fee, Uncomfortable Beds

Great location for Atlantic City

We were very happy with our stay in Atlantic City. The room was comfortable and the hotel casino was much better than a few of the surrounding casinos on the boardwalk. The restaurant in the hotel was VERY good and convenient!

I brought 8 people to this hotel for my birthday weekend and paid $80 of extra person fees for them to tell me they had no double beds available. we spent the weekend in 2 king bed rooms with 8 people. it sounded like this happens a lot as other people in line were also complaining.

needs much improvement

The hotel was old and needs updating. The pool and spa were also old and the fitness center was a joke. The staff were rude. There was no safe in the room. My clothes that were hanging in the closet were permeated with smoke.

Great room for the money

Resorts is always a pleasant place to stay and enjoy the casino, restaurants and boardwalk.

I got what I paid for

I didn't expect top of the line, I did want good location, and I got a reasonably clean room with okay service...I wasn't there to enjoy the hotel, but to play the slots a bit, see a show and stroll the boardwalk...that is what I did :)

great room for the money

for the price the room was great big spacey and most important very clean..we asked for extra towels and they were there in less than 1/2 hour

Good deal at a minimum price

I highly recommend going in on a room with a few buddies and using a hotels.com or other travel website and finding a good deal for a room at Resorts Hotel. The casino is on the ground floor, there's a dining floor and the boardwalk is a 30 second walk. Good experience.
