Resorts Casino Hotel Atlantic City

Good room for the price...

We got a great deal on two adjoining rooms in the Ocean View Tower... but there wasn't much of a view. My husband's family was visiting from Ireland and we had a great time here. The rooms were a little dirty and the beds a little stiff but the casino and shops were nice. I would recommend this hotel to folks looking to save a dollar on an Atlantic City getaway and still get the experience. The restaurant menu prices were a bit high but the pubs surrounding the hotel made up for that!

Beds and internet service

We had a deluxe room with a King size bed. The bed was much to hard and extremely uncomfortable. We both have back problems and could not sleep very long. Also I have stayed in a lot of hotels and have never paid for internet service at any of them until we stayed at Resorts. They really need to rethink about charging for the internet service, and replacing the beds!!!

Not a happy camper!

The room was from the 60's at best. Not a good smell, our shoes seem to stick to the carpet. The casino was friendly, average drink service, we slept in our clothes to feel safer on the bed. I am not going to tell any of our friends to stay here.

Good Hotel if you don't plan to workout

I was satisfied with all except the fee they charge to use the gym. They want you to pay a fee for something that most other hotels offer for free.

Well Done

Very efficent, nice room and convient parking across drivewat. Right on Boardwalk

Needs Improvement

Our stay at Resorts was a bit of a disappointment. Overall the room was clean and airconditioned but, the bedspread had a hole and one of the three pillows had a cigarette burn. We had also requested a non-smoking room, yet when we stepped outside of our room the hallway smelled of cigarettes. We just wished that the room had been closer to the boardwalk and restaurants. The hotel staff was helpful and professional.

VERY Nice!!!

The room itself (I stayed in the Rendezvous Tower) was huge - definitely made for a romantic getaway. The rest of the hotel was beautiful and well kept. I only wish more of the restaurants were open, as the ones that were open were higher priced than I would have liked. The staff was very courtious and eager to accomidate what few requests I had. All in all, a great stay.

we were very satisfied with our stay. The food was excellent and the portions were more than enough. The only thing I didn't like was being so far away from the pool area. Resorts has always been our hotel of choice, and since my husband and I are both retired now, we can come down more often. Maybe we can get some perks. Thank you
