Great Service

This is an older refurbished hotel. They have done a very nice job. The service was excellent.

Hip, fun, cool with Outstanding Service

Really great place to relax and see and be seen(scene?) in Palm Springs. Staff is super-friendly and attentive. Great food, really cool pool/cabana scene, nice bar. You won't want to spend much time in the room, but it's really comfortable and well appointed as well. Right next to downtown Palm Springs, so you can walk to town. Very short drive to/from the airport. My FAVORITE hotel in the Palm Springs area, and I've stayed at a lot of them. Highly recommended.

great place

The Viceroy is very comfortable and we loved the decor. The only complaint is that even though our room was big, the hotel feels small.

Very Nice Friendly Hotel

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. No attitudes. We booked through Hotels.com and got a very good rate. The hotel grounds are lovely and peaceful. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great. We enjoyed a very pleasant stay.

Great Service

Every member of the staff was exceedinly polite and friendly. There was a mix-up with the reservation upon our arrival and it was handled right away and very professionally. The grounds are lovely and the location is very convenient. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and we definitely plan to return to the Viceroy.

Wont use hotels.com again!

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was ultimately accommodating, but booking through hotels.com is like being a second class guest in the eyes of the hotel with lowest priority of room request etc. Paying a discounted rate on hotels.com is not worth it- I wold rather pay full price and get what we pay for. I'd be curious if anyone reads this and how they follow up.

Wonderful Escape

It was a perfect escape vacation! Plus the service was fantastic what more could you ask for? Oh, I can't forget the breakfast Poached eggs like never before so utterly enjoyed!

Outstanding Hotel

Very chic - outstanding decorator's touch. Excellent service from the valet, all the way up to the manager. Very convenient location to downtown Palm Springs. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Palm Springs!
