Good ambiance

The ambiance is very nice and the location is good for a variety of services and within reach of a number of places.

the hotel is a comfortable place, and the staff are very friendly. but the location is not the best and from the outside it looks, well not so great.

Gem in An Odd Location

This is far and away one of the nicer hotels in San Jose. If you are traveling by car or have a rental it's slightly inconvenient location is a non-issue. The pool cabanas are a nice, FREE amenity. Though it is within walking distance of a few casual restaurants it would be nice if they offered poolside service with snacks and drinks.
