it was good stay

the staff is really helpful and friendly. they need some work outside and building is old. but it was goos stay. rooms are clean and nice.

You Get What You Pay For

This hotel was run by a nice guy. Don't count on actually eating the continental breakfast because it consists of a toaster, a loaf of bread and some muffin packages. Also, there were hairs all over the bathroom and a dirty washcloth on the floor of the room. Kinda gross, but we were only there for one night because we just wanted somewhere to sleep as we passed through to see Niagara Falls. A decent location.

awful i was worried about bed bugs

The manager was never at the desk he had to be summond by bell he was kind and curteous when seen but i felt that this job was note important to him the breakfast things were still out at 1:30 and we were advised that it would be available the next morning I would not eat there it wa not cared for properly the hotel exterior was in very poor shape it looked like the rooof was miising on a section of the hotel

Worst Hotel

Bad experience with this hotel, Room sucks. Manager is horrible, it is just one single floor hotel, inside it is not clean, bad. Breakfast sucks, just one piece of bread and bad taste of juice. I don't recommend anybody to this hotel.

Never ever try this hotel. Worst experience I have ever had. Restroom is not good, electric outlets are in real worst shape (can not be used at all). there was a small refrigerator..but it was not at all working. blankets were not good. floor was not good. air condition was ok. over all not at all good for family stay.

it was alright to stay there for couple nights. staff is really halpful. room was good and cozy. breakfast was nothing much, but it was okay get you going for the day. i was satisfied with the hotel. great location

OLD

this hotel was run down but clean room. NO WIFi, breakfast was a loaf of bread or muffin and tang. Very smelly, racoons in dumpter, which was not picked up. The room very small no table or chair. But the place was close to Niagara, the room was(running down) but clean,nice people and very queit. But I will not be staying there again. Better places in the area.

Not bad a deal for family

I stayed with my family of 2 kids and the hotel was not bad a deal for the money paid. Woke up late for Bfast however surely did not miss it as Bfast was served on a very small counter near reception. Toilet had an old smell although my hubby could not smell anything. Room did not have a microwave but did have a fridge which helped a lot since we had food that needed refrigeration. Our room as at the very end of the block so quite far from the reception where you heat your food. You don't get direct access to the microwave, but the reception will take your food inside and heat it for you. Location was central where most hotels are located with lots of eating places around and close to Niagara. We needed a place to rest for the night with family and were satisfied with what we got for the price.
