Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 88Very Helpful Staff
The room was clean and very nice but the staff were exceptional. We were given clear directions to bus lines as well as a map of the area which was very helpful. In addition, we had difficulty driving into San Francisco due to the Bay Bridge closure, and were given very clear directions to alternate routes out of the city.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 884 Stars???
This room was very nice, but had no fan in the bathroom. One would think a four star hotel would have a necessary item like this, especially in a humid environment. With 3 people showering every day, you can imagine the room was very wet at times.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 88Great hotel
The hotel is in a very convenient location for all activities in downtown San Francisco. The staff was pleasant and the rooms are attractive.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 88All in all, a great place to stay
Most everything about the hotel was great. The hotel restaurant was excellent for our family for breakfast (If a bit pricy), but dinner was out of the question. The only other thing I'd mention is that the hotel bathroom mirror was dimly lit and made it difficult to apply makeup.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 88kind of expensive
I thought it was too expensive for what it is. It was a great room, though a bit small. Disappointed it did not have a pool. Great customer service.

I've stayed at other Westin hotels that were much nicer. The room was kind of small and the bed not as comfortable as the others.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 88Huge Rooms and great Bed
We had 2 rooms, 1 king, 1 with 2 beds. Both had super great comfort. Huge rooms with crystal desk, the furniture was brand new, new carpets. What I don't understand is: Why they use shower curtains instead of plastic and aluminum doors, it's much better. Anyway, other than that, it was a great choice. Also valet parking is super expensive as in most major cities, you really don't need a car, subway and trolleys are around the corner and Bart too (train to the airport).

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 88Great location at a reasonable price
We were able to book the Westin San Francisco Market Street hotel at a very reasonable rate through hotels.com. It has all of the amenities of a typical Westin hotel and is situated next to Union Square. It is very conveniently located to the center of the city and major forms of public transportation.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 88Great hotel for the price
This hotel was in a perfect location for us to get around. It has trolley, bus, and bart within a block of the hotel. It was a really quiet hotel even though it was sold out the weekend we were there. We had a deluxe room, which is a non view room, but were very happy with the view. I was expecting to see another building out our window just a few feet away, but we were overlooking Herba Buena Gardens and Moscone center.

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 88Great Deal
It was less than a mile to AT&T park. Not to mention the beautiful park and Jewish Museum square that's right behind it. Beautiful setting. Lots of Starbucks nearby too. We will always stay there when visiting San Francisco.
