Great location! Can walk to all sports venues, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, House of the Blues, and scores of restaurants. The hotel and room were spotless with lots of character. Staff were helpfull and friendly. Overall excellent value.

Perfect Birthday Kick-Off

I BOOKED A FRIDAY NIGHT AT THIS HOTEL AS A START TO MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND AND EVEN THOUGH I WAS VERY SLUG-LIKE DUE TO THE ACTUAL BIRTHDAY NIGHT BEFORE WALKING INTO THIS PLACE WAS BREATHTAKING, DEFINITELY MORE THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED. THE VALET PARKING IS $25.00 WITH IN AND OUT ACCESS EVERY 24 HOURS (IF YOU PLAN ON HEADING OUT FOR SOME NIGHTLIFE ENTERTAINMENT AND DON'T EXPECT TO BE IN BY MIDNIGHT DO NOT USE THE PARKING LOT NEXT DOOR, THEY ARE CLOSED FROM 12AM-5AM AND ITS $18), JUST PAY THE $25 WITH NO RESTRICTIONS, THE VALET PEOPLE ARE JUST HILARIOUS AND FRIENDLY LOVE THOSE GUYS. ROOM WAS SPECTACULAR WITH NO VIEW OF COURSE (ONLY DOWNFALL) AND IT IS A MISSION JUST GETTING TO YOUR ROOM BECAUSE YOU TAKE AN ELEVATOR TO GET TO THE FRONT DESK THEN TAKE ANOTHER ELEVATOR ALL THE WAY DOWN THE "ARCADE" WHICH WOULD TAKE YOU TO YOUR ROOM, VERY SAFE NO ONE CAN GO TO THE ROOM FLOORS WITHOUT A HOTEL KEY (THATS A PLUS) WOULD ABSOULUTELY STAY THERE AGAIN, CAN'T WAIT, THIS WEEKEND I BOOKED THE RADISSON FOR THE WEEKEND WE SHALL SEE HOW IT WILL COMPARE TO THE BEAUTIFUL HYATT (I AM ALMOST SURE IT WILL NOT TOP IT)!!

Great Location

I went specifically to see the Yankees play the Indians and we couldn't have asked for a better location. We were within walking distance to both Progressive Field and Quicken Loans Arena. There were plenty of bars and restaurants near by as well. The hotel on the inside had an interesting look as the layout was kind of like a mall. The inside of the room was clean and just like any other hotel room. The only draw backs were the $22 valet parking (not required though)and the bed size. We had two double beds. If you are sharing a bed, it will be very tight. I would stay there again.

Nice place to stay.

The only problem with my stay at this hotel was that our room was not ready at 6:15pm when we arrived to check-in...when it's supposed to be ready by 3pm :-/ Other than that...the service was very professional, the elevators are lightning fast, the bartender was very sweet, and the hotel was in a nice location downtown. As far as the room goes...I most enjoyed the climate control which allowed me to chose the temp where I'm most comfortable. The beds, floors and bathroom were clean as every hotel should be. Our view outside sucked a bit with just a parking lot and a tall building in view. We had breakfast delivered to the room. They did not have what I wanted and had to pick something else (sadly everything on that menu is $10-14, but hey that's how hotels make more money lol). Hope my review helped. Overall I would recommend this hotel, but it won't WOW you.

Visiting Cleveland

For the one night that I stayed in Cleveland, the hotel stay was great. The bed was comfortable. I was satisfied with the service.

Great hotel...need more extraciricular choices...

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel, and the reason I came back was because of the fantastic experience I had before. The problem with this hotel, though, is that the shops (and especially the coffee shop) had weird hours.

Overpriced

Room was very basic. No chairs, no tables, no sofa. Only 2 full size beds and a bathroom. Paid way too much for a bed and TV. Try the Cleveland Renaisance Hotel instead.

Beautiful Unique Hotel

The hotel was very unusual and absolutely amazing. The Arcade included well-appointed rooms and a beautiful view of surrounding rooms and shops. The 1890 Restaurant was elegant and the food was interesting and delicious. We got a $10 Limo ride to the Great Lakes Brewery Restaurant for a delicious meal. The downtown area is great for restaurants and shopping in the Tower Center. Check out the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Christmas Story House for a great weekend.

Expected more for the money

While the hotel was clean and convenient to the arena where we were attending a concert, our room was small for the money. There was also a constant garbage truck noise outside in the street the entire morning. Additionally, water was left inside the iron for who knows how long, and when I ironed my white shirt, flakes of rust came out and smeared all over it.
