Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 5Wonderful place to stay!
Make sure your room is not next to an elevator! I had no idea until we got to our room that we were next to one. The people on the elevator were pretty quiet but we had to listen to it go up and down all night! Ok with the TV on, not when we were ready to go to bed! Also there was no fan in the bathroom so we couldn't even turn it on for white noise. The room was marked a smoke free room but smelled like someone had smoked in there and someone else had sprayed it with fabreeze to try and hide it - the air was stale! The hotel is self is something to see! Especially the arcade! It was beautiful. Although nothing was open when we were there - ghost town, but we got great pics! Great location!

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 5Great Location
With the new restaurants on W. 4th street right out the back door of the hotel, it was very easy to find great places to eat. The valet parking special is also terrific. You just call a few minutes before you go downstairs and your car is at the door. Very friendly helpful staff as well.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 5Very nice hotel
Very unique hotel with excellent service. Great location to ball field and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The family definitely wants to stay here again if we ever go to Cleveland again.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 5Meals Available
Just be aware that room service is the usual expensive. Food places in the mall where the hotel is located close at 4pm, but there is a place that has pretty good breakfasts (quick to-go stuff) and a cofee shop. There are other restaurants close by, but not in the mall. Elevators are VERY small. Hard for us with a child in a wheel chair. GREAT location.
