Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 36Parking cost reduces overall value
My wife and I loved the hotel. All of the staff treated us as if we were the most important people in the room. Even the Parking Valets were a joy. I had a had a hard time with the cost of parking. $22 a day seems a bit high to me. The hotel should do something about that price. Actually, The whole downtown area could lower their parking fee's to enhance their value to tourists.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 36Great Stay for the room we got
Was a great stay at the Hyatt but, would've liked to had the room we booked. Booked a smoking room none were available at checkin. There is no rooms with a veiw of the Lake.

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 36great location, needs upgrades.
Nice downtown spot for any a cavs or an indiands game, but look out of the hidden charges for parking and internet charges. For the price you pay for the room you would think you could get those thing for free. but over all i would stay there again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 36Terrific Location, Great Room
This was a wonderful hotel and great experience although $5.00 for a bottle of Aquafina was a bit much. The price was concealed by the bottle or I would never have opened it. Re-consider offering such a ridiculous fee.

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 36So-so room for your money
The room was very small however seemed recently updated. the view was HORRIBLE....it was the roof and the sounds were fans from the restaruant below when asking for a new room i was told they were completely booked so make sure you request a good view ahead of time. very historical and neat to look at but not much to do within walking distance.

Trip Type: Romance Review 11 of 36Great location
The room was very nice and homie for the weekend. Service at the hotel was wonderful. It leads out, on the backside, to where the new nightlife is in downtown Cleveland. Restoration of the hotel is gorgous.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 36More than just a room to sleep in
The Hyatt at the Arcade offers a flashback to a more romantic time. The ambience of the building and the resurgence of the surrounding neighborhood offer a great setting for a night out or romantic evening in. I highly recommend the hotel. The restaurant/bar I wouldn't recommend as the service is not with a smile (or even kind word) but there are many choices around within walking distance.

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 36Great location
My fiancee and I stayed here for a weekend away and this hotel is in a great location! We were going to see a show at House of Blues, and have dinner there as well. Close by restaurants, bars, stuff to do. The hotel was very clean and the manager was very helpful and friendly. We'll stay here again next time we need a hotel in Cleveland.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 36Great Weekend Hotel
The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Quiet on the weekend due to it's downtown location. Out the back door of the hotel is a street filled with tons of restaurants and bars, House of Blues concert venue, and a comedy club. The other section of great restaurants/bars in Cleveland was only a $5.00 cab ride away. Really, really nice but pricey DURING the week. Also GREAT beds and bedding.
