Beautiful hotel, but skip the hotel restaurant

We enjoyed our stay in this historic hotel in downtown Cleveland. Easy access to East 4th nightlife. The hotel restaurant leaves something to be desired, but the hotel is close to many other outstanding eateries!

Great price, Great stay

Excellent location, with several important necessities available inside the arcade area of the building, including spa, food court, coffee bar, and shopping area. Numerous places of interest well within walking distance-- The Q, the Rock Hall, House of Blues, Hard Rock Cafe, etc. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Just be sure to mention the internet deal you get, otherwise they might try to charge you for certain amenities.

Short Stay

I arrived late on one night and left early the next morning so I did not experience much of the hotel. The room was clean and appropriately appointed. The staff was friendly and well informed. My room was quiet. The coffee shop was a good spot for breakfast. The staff was friendly.
