Great Shuttle Driver

Shuttle service to and from DFW was very good. Driver particularly helpful and freindly.

Great room for the money

Room seemed clean -- except for stained carpeting. Bed was very comfortable. Noice was not an issue, convenient to the airport. Would stay again.

Great room for the money

I was nervous booking a hotel online to start with. i found this hotel for a good deal and when i got there i was very impressed. The customer service was great and so was the shuttle service to and from the airport. The rooms were clean as anybody would expect them to be staying at a hotel. I will definately stay there again if i have the choice.

Very Satisfied

We were very satisfied with the customer service and the size and cleanliness of the room. We had just left the Super 8 in Abilene, TX and it doesn't hold a candle to the location at DFW airport.

You get what you pay for and the location is convenient, however the cleanliness of the blankets was noticeably below par.

Roaches Crawling Across My Face

this place was disgusting. the bed may as well have been a rock with a sheet on top, the ac did not work, the tv channels were all fuzzy.... but the worst of all was when i was trying to fall asleep, i felt something crawling in my hair..... then my face.... i was able to catch it with a napkin, and there was a little black roach squished inside. shudder.... when i went to the front desk to complain, the manager actually had the nerve to argue with me, and raised his voice. when i demanded to have my room changed, he actually told me, "why bother, it will probably just happen again." then when i demanded a refund, i was refused.
