Excellent Hotel for the Price

In order to take advantage of the cheaper rates, we changed our plans to travel during the week instead of the weekend. That was a really smart move, but it would have been a great hotel even at full price. Everything was excellent -- great location, great food, great room, great service -- I have nothing negative to say at all. Can't wait to go back.

Great experience

It was a great room. The bathroom was beautiful and big enough to move around in. The only drawback, if any, was that there was quite a walk to get to the elevators. Everything else was perfect.

Not bad, too smokey

Room was very smokey smelling. Was supposed to have a king bed and had two double beds instead. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Only Average

We requested a non-smoking room and none were available, which we didn't know until we arrived. Our room overlooked a rooftop with heating and air equipment which made quite a bit of noise. The housekeeping staff talked with each other very loudly and woke us up every morning earlier than we would have liked! There is only one bank of elevators for the entire hotel and we had to walk quite a distance to the elevator.

Great Time at Horseshoe!

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean... huge flat screen TV, refrig. in the room, comfortable beds, and adequate water pressure and temperature in shower. All the comforts of home! The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was professional and warm. And the casino was great... low limit slots and poker machines that actually pay out. Plus well mixed cocktails and fast service at the machines. Overall it was a terrific 3 days/nights at the Horseshoe. We give it our highest recommendation.

Outstanding Hotel

I always enjoy staying at the Horseshoe. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so nice and clean. The beds are so comfortable! The best thing is that there is plenty to do for all ages: Shopping,Gaming,Food,and swimming pool, not to mention Memphis is just up the road! It's a great time!

Luxurious accomodations at a great price!

The updated rooms at the Horseshoe are extremely lavish and better than many four star hotels that we've stayed in for hundreds more! The staff was great, from the bellman to the valet and very efficient and polite. We felt like royalty, but didn't have to spend a ton to feel that way! We'll definitely be back...soon!
