Outstanding Hotel

Spacious rooms and very comfy beds. The bathroom was also quite spacious with a very high end feel. Good water pressure and amenities was good. Would definitely stay there again and would tell my friends as well.

Zero Customer Service

The hotel did not have the accomodations available as promised. Then when asked about it, the front desk associate was rude. We also purchased a soda from one of thier shops (not a vending machine) that had been expired for 3 years. And then had to jump through hoops to get our money back.I'm glad we were only there one night. They also had very rude associates working at thier Cafe restaurant, I believe it was called "Aces" I actually saw an associate roll her eyes back at a customer that ask for something else after the initial order was complete. I get the feeling that this is "not" the hotel of choice to work for in the Tunica area. But to be fair, the rooms were pretty and clean. The associates that took care of the rooms were very friendly and genuine.

Looking for a place to get a way for a few days and have fun, this is the place! Weekday rates are unbeatable for what you get!

Great room for the money.

The second day no clean bath towels or coffee cups were left. We called housekeeping and they brought some quickly.

Good Times

Had a blast except for the fact I got doublecharged for my room. Still working on getting that straightened out. Room was comfortable. Very nice. The only negative thing I could say was the shower head didn't have enough pressure but I stay in enough hotels and most showers dont have a lot of water pressure. I will definitelyt be staying there again on my next trip 2 Tunica.

Reading is Fundamental

I requested a non-smoking Queen Double but failed to read the fine print stating that my request was not gauranteed! We get there and we are in a smoking double. I stated that we could not because our daughter has asthma. They could only accomodate us with a King room with a rollaway bed. The room was fantastic. Comfortable bed, flat screen TV, nice clean bathroom, casino was right next door. The dining was a bit pricey but there were a couple of fast food options not far from the hotel.
