Needs improvement

There was no room for us when we arrived. The first key they gave us was to a room that already had people sleeping in it. The next room they gave us had 2 dead roaches by the window. The next night when we arrived back at our room the keys did not work and we had to go down and get new ones. Shuttle service however, was wonderful and took us anywhere within a 5 mile radius for free.

Romantic Getaway

My wife is about to have a baby and we needed time to ourselves for the weekend. We liked the hotel because the price was right and there was a very nice inside pool. The hot breakfast advertised was ok (the only thing hot were the waffles you made yourself). In order to enjoy this hotel you must have a map of the Dallas/Fort Worth area because the hotel staff was useless in helping you get around and their internet service was down. The room was clean and the temperature was great.

Needs improvement

Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and we both woke up with stiff backs. Would have been nice to have a guide on the TV or at least a complimentary TV listing so we would be able to see what was coming on. Cleaning staff were pleasant and personable. When we first checked in we were told that we were not registered and I had to prove our registration with the internet confirmation. Front desk clerk was very courteous about it though.
