Great Hotel at a good location.

Clean, Simple yet ample to provided good services. Good pool and spa too. Is very close Universal Studios that you could walk but is good hike there.

great location

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 days while visiting family. PROS: A great outlet mall is within 1 mile and it was easy to access the highway to get to other locations. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Overall, room was a good value for our short stay and we did not have to deal with traffic that we've had when staying at other hotels on International Dr. CONS: There is not an elevator to the 2nd floor. Hall carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Breakfast is adequate, but nothing to get excited about.

affordable & convenient

Staff was pleasant & helpful. Beds appeared to have been replaced recently & were very comfortable. Only drawback to this hotel is no elevator to get to the second floor. We were able to get the last 1st floor room thankfully. With 3 kids it would have been alot of up & down on the stairs.

Rooms could be cleaner

The location of the hotel was great, close to Universal. However, I felt that the rooms could be cleaner. The blankets on the beds were dirty and I could hear the noise of the cleaning staff and other hotel guests. I would not stay at this hotel again, but for the price I am sure it is a value for some.

Taxi

We ordered a Taxi from the front desk to get to city walk, and then just grabed a Taxi on the street when we were leaving. The taxi ride from the hotel cost twice as much as the ride back! Not sure if it had anything to do with the hotel but was still upsetting.

Great room for the money

To tell you the truth. I believe this was a great investment to go to Orlando and spend the weekend with my family. It was really close to everything, and cheap and very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and secure. If you ask me, too much for the price.

The hotel was average, clean but the beds seemed a little old and uncomfortable. The customer service for La Quinta was great though. We asked one of the employees at the tickets booth if he knew the numbers of any taxis, and he called one for us and continued calling them when they were later than they said they'd be.

The employees were so willing to help, and the hotel was very handy to all of the entertainment we had planned. We plan on going back to this hotel next month.

Good room for the money

The room was clean. I respect the eco-initiative they took, asking whether or not you want your laundry cleaned every 3 days, instead of each day. Wireless internet was and is very important in all my business travels and it worked great. The TV channel reception was kinda bad at moments, for the couple of minutes in the evening I spent in front of the TV. I would have liked to have a better room ventilation since the air got kind of humid after taking a shower or leaving for the entire day. That air conditioning machine did not help me very much and windows cannot be opened. Overall comfortable room, straightforward service. I would recommend it for a 2-3 night stay, like I did. p.s. If you want a good meal in the morning don't count on the complimentary breakfast.
