great room comfortable bed

I was pleasantly surprised how nice the lobby and atrium were. I would stay ther again anytime

nice place ..b etter than what i have expected..cozy

the best part about this hotel is the lobby- patio area...yes i know it sounds odd but the lobby has palms and a small creek with turtles and else ..there is a place where you can have good food at moderate prices ..

outstanding hotel

This is a beautiful hotel...its like nature indoors. All of the employees greet you with a warm welcome. And as states in reviews from other guests, it is really a home away from warm. I only stayed for one night, but I will definitely revisit and stay there during any vacation.

Don't get a room on the street side.

My rate was more expensive in April then during the winter the last time I stayed which is during "tourist season" here. Plus I ended up getting a room on the street side of Cypress Creek and it was very noisy with traffic. I reccomend you request a room on the other side of the hotel. Plus why did the housekeeper come by at 9 in the morning and bang on my door to clean the room when checkout isn't until 12? My first experience at this hotel was very pleasant. This time, not so much. I was planning on using this hotel again in the future but not now after that experience.

"Great room for the money"

Really I enjoyed this hotel the room are very well,have to plasmas tv,the living room separte from the room is a plus,because it help when you travel with kids,the service was outstanding and really i will back again.

Pleasantly Surprised.

Great stay. Went here for Valentine's Day... There was a wedding going on there too, the atrium is gorgeous. It feels like you're at a Disney Resort or something. The rooms are very clean. The layout is great, very private. Modern look. King size beds. 2 HD flat screens. Very comfy bed. Room service was very pricey for not much food, but it was tasty.

Nices Room and the Price was right!!!

The hotel lobby is beautiful and includes a water fall. The room was huge and the bed room was very nice. My girlfriend and I had a very romantic evening together. The food from room service was just OK.
