a bit out of town, but well located for highways and nearby restaurants

Needs Improvement

The room was worth the reduced rate we paid, but not what the usual rate is. The people were nice, but the quality of service was lacking. Housekeeping cleaned part of the room, but not others. They left enough towels of one size, but not enough of others, and not the same each day.

October visit to FT. Lauderdale

Great hotel, met our expecations, staff is courteous, pool area was clean, suites have balconies. There is a diner next to the hotel if you would like to save on the $15.00 breakfeast buffett

Great Hotel for the price

They let us check in as soon as a room was available. The lobby and facilities were nicely kept up and provided an enjoyable atmosphere. The rooms were nice with soft beds and plenty of space. The bathroom was a little small and the tub didn't drain very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Sweet sleeper

I love the scenery of the inside and the bed was so wonderful. The staff was great but I did not like looking out my room window and seeing thr garbage and street. Water front would be nice.

OK

The hotel is to open. All rooms on all floors are exposed to the interior so therefore noise echoes. At night when trying to get to sleep you can hear the people in the lobby and if there are children them running around. If you are looking for relaxation this is not the hotel for you. The bathroom was not cleaned while I was there only the towels changed. The tub had the black ring from the first bath the whole time I was there. I like the internet access in the lobby.

Comfortable

The rooms were very comfortable however the bathrooms were small.

Great Hotel

The Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, including the rooms, pool area, and restaurant. We would certainly stay there again.

It is an o.k. hotel

It is sort of close enough to Fort Lauderdale airport so it was very convenient for me. It needs to have free wireless internet for guests and probable free local calls.

We'll be back...

We really liked this hotel. It's not in the best neighborhood, but not bad either. Within reach of main big avenues (I-95) and places to eat. Our suite looked like it had just been renovated, very nice. I was worried about the noise in one of the party halls, but since there is a living room area and the actual sleeping room is towards the back of the suite, we didn't hear anything and had a good night sleep. Aver all this is a great, great value for your money, and we are for sure coming back to stay here. The only thing we were not very happy about was a lady at the front desk. She was not very helpful with directions, and seemed to be in a bad mood. Other than that all was great.

Underwhelmed

The only positive thing I can say is that the beds were very comfortable.. The overall experiance was dissapponting. The check in was wicked slow and the room service was almost comical!! The lady that brought us extaa towels was so not nice..the overall cleanliness made me want to leave but since we had family with us we needed to literally grin and bare it!! I did spell in the dusty shelf " Clean Me" never again
