Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 17Great room for the money....
Took a few minutes to get used to the noise from the indoor waterfall in the atrium, but otherwise it is an outstanding room for the price.

Should have free WIFI, disappointed with the lack of free access to the internet.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 17Great Bargain
Although the staff is nonchalant, and not very knowledgeable about anything, that can be ignored considering the hotel is a great bargain. The suites are sizable and the beds are extremely comfortable and luxurious! I have stayed in several rooms here and they are always spotless and VERY clean. The staff is very stingy with extra towels/washcloths, and if you are booking with one person staying in the room you will literally receive ONE washcloth and ONE handtowel. Anyone can enter the side doors at any time 24 hours a day without a room key, and this is a bit disconcerting. Security does ride around on a golfcart outside, but anyone can come inside this hotel and gain access to the rooms at any time- which does not feel very safe. There are millions of children running around the hotel and playing in the elevators, and there is always a wait to use one of the free computers in the lobby. And when it is your turn to use the computer, others waiting will literally stare at your screen until you get off. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and looks like a rainforest with tall palms, skylights, bridges with fish and turtles- absolutely beautiful. The security being the only "slight" issue, as this hotel is very family friendly and very safe..this is a great bargain- beautiful, clean, and a great price.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 17Great Hotel
We were shocked when we entered this hotel - it was more beautiful than expected. We were greeted with a smile and a great room. The bed was so comfortable! Our only complaint was that the "king" bed wasn't really a king sized bed - I think it was a queen. But, it was so comfortable that we didn't really notice. We definatley recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 17Exceptional hotel
Well located, helpful and friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, well appointed. This hotel had been an Embassy Suites at some time, but under the Sheraton label has added features I found made a difference. There is some track noise as the hotel abuts the Florida East Coast Railroad line, but not overpowering. Great bar and staff.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 17Nice room for a fair price
Very comfortable room and a fancy indoor decor of the hotel. The price was very fair for the two room suite and the modern and clean feel of the room was very suitable. I would stay there again.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 17Tired and worn out
The elevators in the rear of the hotel did not work but the staff placed guests in the rear rooms to avoid the railroad noise in the front of the building. The front elevators were very slow to move. The rooms seem tired and worn out, although comfortable. Unsure if cleaning was happening, or if it was part of their "green" measures- hair from previous guests were apparent in the bathroom. Exercise room was ok but poorly ventilated and towels left on the floor were not picked up by staff.

This was an excellent find! The staff were very friendly, room was clean and I really enjoyed my stay. Had a chance to eat on premises, great food! I would defintely recommend this location to another traveler.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 17Good Business Hotel
Great freeway access. Ask for room opposite railroad tracks. You can't hear the train that comes by every 30 minutes with room facing opposite way. Breakfast was only so-so, but staff very friendly and attentive. My stay was 5 nights. Hotel was quiet, great blackout drapes in bedroom and nice flat screen TV(s).
