This is not a three star

The hotel room was not as clean as I thought it should be. The housekeeping staff was rude. Very thin walls....could hear people in the room next door. There was a leak in the hotel hall the entire 3 days we were there. The front desk staff were nice as well as the valet staff. Good location. But the hotel needs much improvement. I would rate hotel a 2 star.

Needs Improvement on the mattresses

We did not really enjoyed staying at this hotel because they charged $9/day parking fee. Our family stayed from July 16-July 19. Our room was a facing the parking lot and not the ocean view. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was cleaned. The receptionist was not very friendly.

Great location - great hotel

Very good experience

We spend 6 nights in this hotel and our experience in the Ocean Sky was very good. The location of the hotel is realy good and the rooms are comfortables. I recomend it!

Very nice hotel = unbeatable price

Excellent location, did not have full ocean view, but was right next to the sea. Service was excellent

Location Location Location

This was a great location for all that we wanted to do on this vacation! Ft. Lauderdale Stadium was close by, Gulfstream Race Track, and great restaurants, were no more than a 30 minute drive. The view from every room gives you a great view of the ocean. Hotel guests shouldn't have to pay for chairs or parking and should have 1/2 hour of internet access for free to print boarding passes. Our maids on the 9th floor were great - extra hangers, pillows, towels, etc. were brought right to us. Room was always cleaned by the time we got back from breakfast. Loved that!

Great Location

We were lucky enough to have a room with an ocean view. Did not like the fact that lounge chairs were available "For Rent" - please!!!! Very tacky. Tiki bar was fun - pleasant bartenders. Ordered lunch at Tiki Bar on day and didn't notice on the menu that french fries were an additional $2.00. We didn't want or need the fries but they came with the lunch anyway (along with the $2.00 charge). Lighting too dim in bathrooms. Other than those minuses - great place to stay.

Needs Improvement

The rooms are old so you need to tell them when you check in you want the best of the rooms that are not renovated yet!!

Not what I had hoped for...

The pictures posted of the hotel were taken long ago....the hotel was outdated and not very kept up. The shower was missing grout chunks between tiles and the water never got hot! We also all got bites on our legs after sleeping in the bed. Ewwwwww. The hotel staff barely smiled and seemed bored and bothered to help at the front desk. Overall, I was disappointed and checked out after one night....
