Rundown and seedy

I read the reviews and some were good and some were bad so I decided to keep my reservations and hope for the best. Unfortunately the other reviewers were right and it was seedy and rundown, although the lobby was nice. The room was clean, but dingy. However, the front desk personnel were fine and the valets were especially courteous and efficient. Even so, I wouldn't stay there again.

wonderful staff and location

My overnight stay was great, Penny at the Tiki Bar is awesome, the front desk staff was very accommodating, the location on the beach was superb and nice ambiance. The Hotel boutique staff was extremely sweet and helpful, Hotel lobby beautiful and clean, the room was clean however ceilings need some repairing or updating, overall I really liked this resort and will recommend as well as return.

Dirty rooms

Arrived at hotel at 11:00pm. We were told we would have to wait for 5 minutes to check in. No explanation of why. The location of the hotel is great but the rooms were filthy! Would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Great customer service --Lousy building

my a/c clnaged nonstop the toilet ran continuously the sink dripped and I got stuck in the elevator other then that it was great

Valet parking staff was great, but the front desk... mm not really, they did not gave us the room that we wanted and ended up in a double room. The location is great, but they could be organaized a lil more. also the matress was in really bad shape.

Good for the price

Nice and quiet beach. Staff was very friendly. Good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep!
