We were just doing a really quick turnaround trip and we stayed at this Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort Lake Buena Vista, and it was a bit more then we anticipated, coveniently located to resturants and shopping, nice pool are and the staff was great. I would recommend others to stay and we would most definitely stay again.

The room we were given was awful. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been clean in months. We were given another room which was a little better but I would NOT recommend the Holiday Inn SunSpree to anyone!!!

My family and I stayed for 1 night, the rate was really expensive (like a real resort) and we were expecting something better. Part of the hotel is under construction, a lot of dust in the corridors, the elevator old and ugly, carpet dirty, etc, etc. It was on New Year's eve, all the hotels were sold out, so we couldn't go to other place. I will not come again here. We usually go to Orlando 8 times for year.

The hotel is perfectly located near downtown Disney and shops, restaraunts. My kids loved the kidsuite with the bunk beds. Very roomy for the price. Big bathroom. My only complaints would be the bathroom wasn't super clean and our feet got dirty walking on the carpet, needs updated carpet or a good cleaning. Also, the room felt damp. Otherwise great room and price for the location.

The hotel was great for the kids. The room condition on check in was extremely poor. The on site restaurant was okay but pricey. There were other place to eat close by so this was not so much an issue. Would recommend bringing own food since room did have small fridge and microwave

The first thing we had to do once getting to our room was call to housekeeping to come and clean up some unmentionable item left behind from the previous occupant. The safe was locked and we had to have security come to open it the hairdryer was hanging on the wall by a thread The staff was nice and the hotel is a great location just difficult to get out of the parking lot on to main road. It was great place for the kids to stay as they had plenty for them to do.

This hotel is conveniently located to all of the Orlando attractions. This is a hotel for families and I would recommend it to families, not a place if you are looking for a romantic getaway. We enjoyed our stay.

Location is good, right next to Disney along the SR. It's right in front of you off the exit and is near a lot of good restaurants. It also has several inside, one or two open 24/7. It's very kid friendly, it has lots of neat little arcade games and a kiddie theater playing movies all the time, and the pool is open very late with an additional kiddie pool and two jacuzzis for adults. Room was comfy, and the bathroom/shower was the nicest I've ever seen in a hotel. Going to stay at the same hotel this Christmas.

This is our third visit to the Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort. Our whole family likes staying there. It's close to all attractions, has a nice pool, clean rooms, nice staff. Great place for kids. When we return to Florida we'll stay there again.

We stayed for 5 nights, but we did not satisify with the quality of this hotel with the fillowings reasons: 1. The room is not clean - the bed shirt seems not clean and it makes us felt itching. We found bugs on the wall. The carpet felt sticky. 2. The pillows are not comfortable as they should be in other holiday locations. 3. The sofa in the rooms is dirty and you can see stains on the sofa. Overall, the room of this hotel is old and not as clean as normal standard. However, the hotel locates in very convenient location and close enough to Disney World. If you are allergic to dirty stuff, you should re-consider before booking.
