Worst place ever

The service i got was very poor, no customer service at all, i requested a non smoking room just to be given a smoking room with no warning, and when i asked if i could get another room(non Smoking) the front dest was very rude and was not sorry at all. I was in SHOCK!!! Since i believe in customer satisfation.

The Suite was outstanding.

We arrived very late about 2 am and to my surprise I was disapointed when I found out it was formerly The Grand. Having stayed there before I wanted to stay in a hotel with a casino in the lobby. I did not want to catch a shuttle. But the hotel clerk made up by upgrading us to a suite and because of the very nice room we got over no casino in the lobby. The suite was outstanding. On a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the best, I would give the room a "15".

very good value for the money

The hotel is not being cleaned very well. The employees were somewhat less than welcoming. The overall hotel and grounds were very nice. The room was very nice and a great value for the money.

Good Value

My room was an excellent value for the money - a king-sized bed, non-smoking room was very inexpensive early in the week and well worth the price paid.

Great room for money...

Nice hotel with accomodating staff. Bed was very comfortable. Towels were plentiful but stiff like cardboard. I do not understand this. Reserved non smoking, but were told we needed to call before hand to confirm our need for non smoking. I do not understand this either. They did bring a ozonator for our room and did move us the following day. We were at this hotel for four days. Also on the first evening there was an announcement at 2:30 AM that there was an emergency and that we should exit the hotel. No one ever came on and cleared the emergency that did not exist. We had to call several times to find this out. I can imagine that 90% of the guests in this 600 room hotel were up and dressed not knowing what to do.
