Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 10Absolutly amazing stay
My wife and I had never been to Tunica before, and this was a better experience stay at Harrahs then in Las vegas. The check-in process took about 5 mins. The rooms were AMAZING. From the plush bed to the pillows to the view. everything was absolutly amazing. People at Harrahs was very friendly went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Not sure how the other hotels were and we really dont care, but when we ever go back down to tunica we will be staying at harrahs and booking thru HOTELS.COM thats for sure. Its also in a great area very safe and they also have 24 hr security patrolling the paking area. Thanks hotels.com

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 10Nice Hotel
I have no problem with the facilities they were very nice. Customer service was only mediocre any service I asked for in the hotel i.e. a tooth brush took 10 minutes to get. My wife and I ordered a coffee beverage in the coffee shop, the server moved in slow motion. I did not expect them to move at lightning speed, but I was not impressed with their service. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, the bed was unusually firm, too hard for my comfort. I would consider staying their again for the casino, but not so much for the hotel itself.

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 10Not as Requested
The hotel was nice and offered quite a bit, however I booked a Non-Smoking Room with a king bed and ended up in a smoking room with to beds the AC was not working properly so it was a little hot.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 10Value and location were excellent.
We paid for a single king no smoking and rec'd a single king smoking instead. Aside from that, staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was very responsive to our needs and the room was absolutely fantastic.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 10Needs improvement....
When I booked my room, I requested (1) king bed, (2) non-smoking. When I arrived, I was give a (1) double on (2) a smoking floor. The smoke really bother my wife's sinuses. After I called the front desk the matter was corrected.

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 10Outstanding Hotel!!
Upon our arrival they had us down for the wrong type room, but they immediately upgraded us to a luxury king room without us even asking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 10good price but bad service
My wife and I were supposed to get a king size bed instead we got 2 queens. That wasn't what we reservered. Also i thought i was getting a $25 food and beverage voucher for every day i stayed there, but it turned out it was $25 for each visit, which is ridicoulous. But the hotel manager agreed with me and credited my account which was nice but i had to come out of the casio back to the front desk and deal with it. On our last night my wife wanted to buy some cupcakes from the bar at the terrace to use up our remaining food credits and the bartender got an attitude with her because he didn't now how to handle a food voucher. He said,"What do you think i'm stupid, i'm not taking that!" So we had a good time but it was not perfect by any means.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 10Too family oriented for a gambling resort!
When I think of slot machines, blackjack tables and spa treatments, I do not think of children. However, there they where at The Grand's Terrace Hotel (Tunica,MS). Banging doors, running races down the hallways, removing my "Do Not Distrub" sign just generally being kids, sorry, but all the things I took a vacation to escape. The rooms were nice, however not peaceful. The services were great, by all means check out the spa and golf course they are worth it.
