Not a Business Travelers Hotel

I had two extremely heavy bags and the two desk clerks watched me struggle up the stairs to the desk to check in. When I called down and asked for bell cart to be delivery the desk clerk said "I don't really have anyone free to do that but you can come get it yourself." Would not stay there again because it is just not business traveler friendly.

Great Hotel, Great Price

It was a wonderful hotel in a great location in Boston. Loved the attached cocktail lounge/restaurant and I am still surprised at the great rate I got. Would definitely stay here again.

Quality at a great price

Stayed here more than once for business. Nice botique hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good bar and ideal location for a stroll into other parts of town.

Always a Great Experience

I travel to Boston monthly for business and always stay at the Bulfinch. The location is excellent - just a 5 minute walk to Faneuil Hall for shopping, the North End for Boston's best Italian food, and the BankNorth Garden for sporting events and transportation options. Every time I stay at the Bulfinch, I am met by a courteous and efficient staff. The rooms are always clean and I enjoy the modern design and layout. Highly recommend it!

Great room for one person

I like this location - almost everything is in walking distance. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
