Convenient location for the price. Short walk to the T and the Galleria mall. Rooms look a bit dated but are nice and clean. Would stay there again.

Convenient to the Boston "T". Right at the end of the Green Line. Very good breakfast. This was a family vacation, so it would have been nice to have a pool for the kids, but still a very good hotel. I would definitely stay here if I had to go to Boston on a business trip.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 20Great family hotel- comfortable, clean and right near Lechmere station and MOS
We stayed at this hotel with our 3 small boys (6,3 and infant) while in the city to check out some museums. It is directly across the street from the Lechmere T stop and easy walking distance of the MOS. The hotel staff was VERY friendly and always willing to help. They let us check in early and leave our car in the parking garage for the day after we checked out. Any requests were met with friendliness and quick help. The room and hotel were clean and in good condition. My only complaint is that the room was a little small and no wireless Internet in the rooms. The continental breakfast was great and mor than just a coffee and donut. Really great hotel for a really great price. I would happily stay here again!

We were very happy with the Hampton. The rate was reasonable, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really nice and helpful. Free parking in their basement garage was an added plus.

The Hotel location was awesome! Right next to the subway!Also, it was close to downtown (we drove one night and the other we took a cab that was less than $8!!) The only one thing is that you cannot have access to the internet on your room. Only at the lobby.But they have a computer at the lobby with a printer.

A comfortable hotel with very service minded, helpful staff. Very good location close to T-station for convenient transport to downtown Boston, for us who prefer avoiding the hassle of parking. (Complementary underground garage included.)

Very clean, hospitable and convienent hotel. Accomodated our parking needs and was seconds from the Lechemere T stop. Mall is close for resturants and shopping. Breakfast good and front desk staff super.

Hotel is easy in and out with car.Free parking cinched the deal.We didn't move the car after parking for entire visit(5 days). Public transportation nearly across the street. Nice mall and restaurants (cheesecake factory, etc) 3 blocks away. Room fine; air conditioning great. Staff good. I can't get use to big city room rates, but this is as fair as I could find for the quality.

I was impressed with the reviews of this hotel and decided to give it a try. I stayed there for one night and was very happy with the hotel. The free underground parking, decent breakfast, and complimentary newspaper make it a good value, but on top of that, the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was also very useful to be within walking distance of the T-stop and made traveling within and around Boston very simple. Every hotel staff member I encountered, be it the housekeeper or the person at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn't so great about this hotel was the fact that the walls were fairly thin and I could hear the neighbor's TV at times. This small problem aside, I couldn't ask for more from a hotel and would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn again.
