right next to to cruse to bahamas. i love the waterview room. so, remember to ask for the waterview room. room service was good and the front desk was very helpful.

Everything Great except the one bed in room. I knew about it before hand but I thought I could get the 2 beds I requested. Too bad, next time I will try to negotiate room beds before I go. Everyone in hotel gave excellent service!

Part of the hotel used to be the "Grande hotel", and it's older. So ask if the room is in the new building. The location is good, just in front of the Cruise port, and 10 blocks from the marketplace. You can take the Trolley at $1 just in front of the hotel. Things that need improvement: the carpet is old, a little bit noisy.

This is our second stay at this hotel and again had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful with giving us directions to the sites we wanted to see, the parking is a bit expensive, but the valet always got our car immediately and they were very busy. The only problem was housekeeping knocking on your door before 9AM and you are checking out at 11AM. They kept coming back to see if you left yet. We stayed in the tower and the view is beautiful on the waterway and enjoyed watching the cruise ships and yachts. The water taxi stop is also at the hotel and a convienent way to go to shops, restaurants, and beaches.

HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. VERY CLEAN AND STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HAD A BEAUTIFUL ROOM IN THE TOWER WITH A WONDERFUL VIEW OF THE CRUISE SHIPS AND YACHTS. THE HOTEL VAN TOOK US TO THE CRUISE SHIPS THE FOLLOWING DAY. WATER TAXI STOP IS AT THE HOTEL. HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE THAT WE ARE RETURNING IN APRIL

We went there a few days before our cruise. It's very close to the port. The hotel was great. It was clean comfortable. Had all of the amenities. loved the bar poolside. We had a terrific view of the intercostal then a HUGH yacht pulled it and it was so big we lost our view. All in all it was well worth it

Terrific staff. Great design. Beautiful view. Rooms are minimalist and small but were very comfortable. Lobby, corridors and rooms are really well desgined and all very pleasant spaces to be in. The location is a bit off the beaten path but a healthy walk from Port Everglades. We loved it and stayed not only the day before our sail but rearranged our travel to stay on the way back. The best hotel of our trip that included a stay on Grand Bahama and South Beach. I would rather stay here and drive to Miami. Close to Las Olas. Our family loved it and plans to return.
