Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 2 of 61Outstanding Hotel
Great place to stay to join a cruise the next day. Water taxi to take you places (including beach stops) and the hotel is an easy taxi from the airport and cruise terminal. The hotel itself was relaxing and wonderful. Next time in Fort Lauderdale, I will stay here even if I plan a beach visit rather than a cruise.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 61great location
You can catch the water taxi right outside this hotel no need for a taxi to see the entire town. It was 13.00 for an all day ticket. Wonderful. The staff and bellman especially were awesome. If I had any complaint at all it would be the additional charges they put on room service not only a tip but a delivery charge.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 61Great value for the money
Very convenient to dinning places, shopping and water taxi. Very comfortable bedding. Found bathroom in need of maintenance though, shower head won't hold it's position, low water pressure, slow drain in bath tub, water accumulating while taking shower. A bit surprising for a 4 star hotel. Parking $19.00/day or 23.00 valet, not mentioned when booking. Still a great value for money considering other conveniences.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 5 of 61Issues were resolved immediately..
The room I reserved was fine for the evening till I actually checked into the room. Upon sitting on the bed I noticed that the pillow cases were dirty and had hairs on them that did not belong to me. There was also a nightstand light that had to be removed, as well as a bathroom light that was flickering. The lights and bed linens were addressed immediately, but the last issue was really beyond disgusting-an infestation of ants prevented me from enjoying my balcony. I did address my issues with the manager on duty whom immediately resolved all isses. He offered to move me to a room that was in much better condition that had a balcony that I could actually use. The response from management is the reason I will stay here again. James not only offered me a nicer room, he also threw in breakfast vouchers at China Grill. The room was incredible, and the breakfast at China Grill was superb. James saved the night, and we really enjoyed our stay thanks to him. The hotel is really beautiful, but to trulyt enjoy it you must stay in the tower rooms.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 61Terrific hotel
The hotel was modern without being cold. Rooms were very nice with great beds. The sliding bathroom door was a bit of a mystery as it didn't really close, just covered the doorway from the rest of the room. Great rain shower in the ceiling with awesome water pressure. Excellent location for the convention center. $19 a day to self park your car was interesting. It was either that or valet. Overall, I would recommend the hotel and say it was a very good experience.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 7 of 61Hilton Review- Just ok...
Was ok. nothing special very noisy hallways outside our room. you can hear right through the thin doors in the room. also had lots of baby ants around the sink and a shower head that was falling off the wall. cheap radio in the room the alarm radio from the connecting room next door was also going off all morning which we could hear and no one turned it off. Overall for the $$ you can do much better. Also had to pay $20 a day for parking which no one told us about.

Maid service was not good. Garbage can not emptied and aminities not replentied daily. Had to keep calling for service which was answered in good time. Other than that nice hotel and friendly check-in

We loved the room. The bed was very comfy; the bathroom had all modern fixtures and we felt like we were in a spa. The staff made us feel very welcome and we especially loved the outside pool area. Great food too

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 15 of 61Great location - great value
The room was better than expected and the location couldn't be better as it was very close to the cruise ship terminal. We could see the ship from our room. The onsite restaurant was great and the staff at the outdor bar were extremely friendly and made the trip memorable. I would definitely stay there again.
