Nice Room but air conditioner was very noisy- had to wear ear plugs. Also room had view of building compressors on roof directly in frontof window just outside- very disappointing view. I should have requested a new room but was too tired.

Business friendly and kid friendly. Excellent service, friendly and professional staff. Very clean and comfortable. Only drawback was no DVD player - trying to find a cable program for our toddler was interesting. Amenities are very good. We will go back.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, it was a very nice place and fairly satisfied with it overall. The staff was very nice. The restraunt and lounge are nice and the food is pretty good. The breakfast is great but not free, 10 bucks and it's worth it. It is in a commercial location and not much around but safe and quiet. Easy off the freeway. The beds were the worse, they are suppose to be those adjustible but didn't work, they need replaced. The doors need padding so they don't rattle with someone slames their door. If you aren't on the top floor you will hear the person over you. Overall it is a pretty nice place to stay and will use it again...

The hotel was very convenient. The in house restaurant had very good food at a reasonable price. The room was big and comfortable. The bathroom door didn't close do to a problem with the flooring, but a minor set back to an otherwise nice hotel stay. The airport shuttle was very prompt and convenient. The drivers were friendly and everything ran on time. Overall, this hotel does it right and we will stay there again if ever in the Phoenix area.

Very professional and friendly staff. Well worth the money. The hotel is also very close to Highway I-10 and Sky Harbor airport. The only negative was that we were led to believe that the breakfast was part of the hotel bil, but in fact was an additional charge. Not a big deal though.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 9Needs Maintenance
This was clearly once a beautiful property, but I found the maintenance level to be substandard in several areas. For instance, cracked/broken baseboards, wall covering/paint in poor condition, pool poorly maintained, etc. We had a good stay, but Hilton needs to fix up this property if it is to remain competitive.
