Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport

Great value....

My husband and I live in the PHX area and needed to stay near the airport for an early morning flight.....we never expected to have such a beautiful room for the price we paid. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly....wish we had needed to stay longer!!!

Great room. Why stay anywhere else when you can stay here for the same price..or less!?

Really nice room. Clean, little extras such as shampoo, etc where all good brand and everything you needed was right here. Easy to find from the airport. I will stay here again next time we are in Phoenix.

Great location and very clean.

Great location for early morning flights out of Phoenix. Only wish we could have had breakfast - at least asome fruit and a bagel or muffin before leaving at 5:30 a.m. Staff was very professional and helpful. Hotel - very clean.

Needs Improvement

The hotel was clean and nice. The tv in our bedroom did not work and they were going to come and fix it but never did. The duvet cover had brown stains on it. The air conditioner sounded like a jet plane when it came on so we had to turn it off or we would never have slept. The breakfast, I assumed was a free continental breakfast, but we were charged a large amount for it. All in all we were not happy and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location for airport travelers. Good rate

Everything was fine except that the on-demand movie feature was not working in our room. Management was aware of this, but did not tell us until we were unpacked. Management offered to let us move, but by then we did not feel like moving. They should tell customers about such things when they check in.

I would recommend this hotel. Not a 5 star but very good for the price.

good hotel but rooms too small

The only compaint I have is that there was not really enough room for more than 2 people in the room and we paid extra for our son to stay with us.

great room for the price!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my hotel room and saw how nice it was! Because of the great rate, I was not expecting such a luxurious room! Loved the hotel, shuttle service and convenience to the airport too!

great place to stay

we stay at this hotel often (every time we fly out of Phoenix) and it has always provided everything we need. Very close to the airport, shuttle service to the airport, and you can leave your car parked at the hotel while you're out of town. Definitely saves on long-term airport parking. Always very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Perfect for us!

Great hotel near the airport!

Wonderful rooms and comfortable beds. The suites, especially are well worth the price. Handy snacks for sale at good prices in the lobby and delicious food in the on-site restaurant. Eating by the pool was great! The pool area is very nice. We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here when needing to be close to the airport. The free shuttle is a plus! Just a quick ride to and from the airport. However, the surrounding area is not the prettiest area of Phoenix. I'm not sure we would stay here if we weren't needing the convenience of being close to the airport.
