Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport

Shuttle stops running at 8 from the Airport, taxis at 11.

I spent the night at the airport due to a late flight. Can't get my money back, couldn't get to the hotel. Never would have booked this but the web site said 24 hour shuttle service TO the airport. Thanks Hilton. You lost a customer for life. And kicked off a vacation in the worst way.

Good Price if You need to Sleep

I was on a round the world trip and Tokyo was my last stop. I had not planned a lot of sightseeing just needed to rest and write before returning home. I saw a comment earlier saying checkin is at 3pm and arriving at 8am that was the response I received. Most hotels have early checkin but not here. This is a hotel for flight crews and they of course are allowed early checkin, but not the passengers they flew in??? The price of the hotel was great, but everything else was off the chart.

Great price and convenient location.

We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Narita for two nights on our way to Bangkok. Even though the hotel is not within walking distance of shops or restaurants, the shuttle service is exceptional (and free!). Using it you can get to Narita and all of the restaurants and bars or to the airport in a matter of minutes. Getting to Tokyo was no problem using the shuttle to access the trains. If you aren't in a rush and can afford the time to take the train in, this is a great place to stay. Very quiet, clean and comfortable.

Perfect for our needs

The Hilton Narita staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was large, clean, and had everything we needed in it. The beds were a little hard, but all beds in Asian countries that I have slept in are hard so that was nothing new. The bath facilities were wonderful. The shower had many settings, the bath was large, and the room itself was spacious. My favorite thing in the bathroom was the way they had de-fogger on the square above the sink so when you finished your shower you could shave, put on makeup, etc., but you still had the fresh shower feeling from the fog on the rest of the mirror. The breakfast was a mixture of western and Japanese. Lots of fresh fruit, a great variety of choices. Very good. We enjoyed our stay and wished it was for more than one night!

Decent if you're staying for a day or two

I stayed for a couple days and if was so-so, nothing to write home about. Nut hey, it was clean and the people at the desk were friendly. But the guy who takes the bags when you first arrives I forget his name but he ahas an attitude problem. Minus him it was nice.

OK Airport Hotel

It's an airport hotel. No lamps in the room, no photos on the wall. Room reminded me of a clean dorm room at a college. Bottom line, it is an airpot hotel. Would not want to spend more than one night there.

Good Choice for An Overnight Stay

I particularly liked the free shuttle bus service to a large commercial street in Narita. This afforded me an opportunity to get away from an international hotel environment and see a little bit of local Japan. There were also some very good, and interesting restaurants along the street which are worth exploring. One downside to the hotel is that there are limited options in the hotel for a reasonably priced sit-down meal. The gift shop though does sell beverages, snacks and sandwiches which can hit the spot if one is hungry but not wanting to spend a fortune on a meal in one of the restaurants located on-site. Would though recommend this hotel to others and will stay there again when passing through Narita International Airport.
