Love the fun atmosphere for all ages!

There is something to do for everyone. Ocean Annie's is a great time, but the night doesn't end there! Just head inside to Sandals lounge for some awesome kareoke!

Great, for the most part

GREAT inside and outside bars on site. Rooms were very clean and service is really quick if you need anything. Hotel is very conveniently placed near anything you want to visit. The only negatives I have were that I thought I was getting an oceanside room and it wasn't(no ocean view whatsoever). And also the front desk did not request my ID when giving me an extra room key; I thought that was kind've slack. Other than that, great hotel.

Okay for the price

The hotels amenities were great (Ocean Annies, River City Cafe, Beach Access, etc.) but the room's cleanliness and housekeeping left much to be desired. Our room was never cleaned and the beds were never made during our stay. The housekeeping simply came and left towels everyday. It was an older room and had a generally dirty feel. The price was very reasonable, but staying in a dirty room was not necessarily worth it.

Not the best, but not bad

I was a little worried about this hotel after reading some of the reviews but it was ok after all. The location was good with easy access and the staff was pleasant. Our oceanview was not as good as I had hoped...we were on the inside so the view was limited. Also the elevators were slow but we were on the 16th floor so that is understandable. The biggest issue was the internet connection in the room. I was able to connect 1 time during our stay so that was annoying. I agree with the review about it being a good place for adults without kids.

Noy Bad

I really enjoyed the hotel for the most part. My main complaint was the shower...I don't think that the shower curtain had EVER been cleaned! It was absolutely disgusting! There were a few beer cans left under the bed from the previous occupants as well. But other than that---it was great!

Housekeeping needs improvement

I really enjoyed my stay at sands the location is perfect, everything that you need is at the hotel. The only neg. experiance i had was with the hotel's housekeeping. I had to call numerous times for various things such as toliet paper, towels etc. so just keep that in mind.. call ahead if you need anything done by housekeeping. I would recommend this hotel just a tip bring dish soap,and extra cups

Paying for the view

This is a hotel that if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep with an awesome view this is it. The rooms are not disgusting but like you should always do anyway, bring disinfectant just to be on the clean side. The quick access to the beach, the pools and the fact that they have 3 places to eat onsite was great also, the live entertainment was pretty good.

Fun place to stay if looking for a party atmosphere.

This hotel was great and we had a fun time. We stayed a week and enjoyed every bit of it here. Great location!!

Great place to stay for the money!

I recently stayed in this hotel with 3 others. We had a room directly above Annie's Bar and we loved it! The view of the ocean was great and music plays from 2 till 11 on weekdays. The pools and lazy river were great additions. We never ate at the restaurant so no comment on that aspect. The room was clean but we lacked wash clothes the second and third days during our stay. We reported this but none never arrived. Maybe we were suppossed to go get them ourselves??? The furniture was used but in good working condition and the beds slept great. Complimentary lunches were provided for the full days we were there. I paln on going back next year and this definitely will be the place I choose to stay at.

ok for the money. The only two problems I had was the air conditioner made a terrible loud noise and the pool was extremely dirty. Other than that it was ok.

Decent for the price

This hotel was in a great location. The hotel was overall very pleasant. There was a little confusion with the location of our room, we couldn't find it, and the front desk was not very helpful. Also we had a smoking room with no ashtray? and the fridge in the room was broken. I'd definitely stay there again, only because the location was great and the hotel was nice.
