Needs improvement.. not worth the money

It was very unacceptable. Not close to any places of interest. Bad internet and loud people all around at all hours of the night. The only thing that was worth anything was the breakfast. great continental breakfast with free waffles and all sorts of good stuff. will probably pay extra to stay somewhere nicer and closer to downtown boston.

good price for the value

Good price for the value. Older hotel, but well maintained, breakfast is great, and convenient.

Okay hotel for the price

Not close to "T" (subway) stop but there is a courtesy shuttle that picks up and drops off guests every 1/2 hour.

HORRIBLE STAFF...HORRIBLE HOTEL

After an overnight flight I was told I could check-in....4 or 5 hours later I was finally able too....rude hotel staff!....RAT DROPPING ALL OVER ROOM!..filthy,filthy hotel....SMELLED...THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!!don't waste your time here...NEVER never again in this dump.

Way overpriced for what you get

I don't mind staying in fleabag hotels with leaking toilets, damp floors, and uncertain locks, but I definitely mind paying too much for the privilege. The shuttle to the T station was a nice convenience, but the room frankly sucked--the second room, that is, after we had to change to get the nonsmoking room that we had requested.

Very good for this price

If you MUST have a flat screen TV and a room with a view, spend another $100. However, this hotel has all the basics you want in a room: clean, quiet, nice staff, fridge, TV, free wireless, free breakfast, airport shuttle, etc. Every half hour a shuttle runs to the nearest metro station and the rest of Boston is a short hop away. My only quibble is with breakfast. It's very crowded any time of morning and sometimes hard to find a table. But the price is right and we managed to eat a hearty breakfast every day. I would stay here again.

the hallways and the stairs need more maintenance to be more clean. but other than that was nice

needs some work

Room was adequate and fairly clean but outside corridors were dirty and had a bad smell. Since it was next to a highway it was very noisy although the noisy air conditioner hid that. The air conditioner had only one fan speed (high) which made an unpleasant draft.

Needs Improvenent

First of all I asked for a non-smoking room but it smelled like cigars and my family and I complained to the to the front desk and the said that they will handle but did not do anything about it and we were not satisfied with that but overall the hotel was great and we might consider staying at the Ramada hotel.
