Very Comfortable

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The area is very nice and the service was excellent. If you want to visit Napa Valley, this is the place to stay.

Heavenly Getaway!

This hotel was unbelievably amazing! The cottages are charming and perfectly decorated/appointed. The atmosphere is serene. The grounds are beautiful. The surroundings are breathtaking. I'm not one to exaggerate! We had such an awesome time here. I will be going back ASAP. The restaurant was better than the meals we had in town, and the pools and spa and gym were totally perfect. I seriously would move in here if I could! The little touches really topped it off: Every room comes with 2 cruiser bikes to ride around the grounds and into town. Fun! Every cottage also has a little outdoor seating area. The bathroom has a little lounging window seat. It's heavenly! Highly recommend.

I look forward to another visit.

Pricey yes... but at least the quality is also high. Our room, #48, looked out toward the pool... normally not a plus... but here it was not only convenient, but gave you a feeling of even more space. The room is spacious and well designed. We liked having a pair of bicycles right at the room and it is a very easy ride into downtown Calistoga. I think this represents the best quality hotel at the top of the Napa Valley and I look forward to another visit.

needs improving

Hotel property is awesome, staff is very inexperienced!! for the star rating and price it is expected to have better service.

Hospitality Expemplified

This is a fantastic resort. Calling it a hotel is a disservice. Everyone was so outgoing and eager to please it was easy to relax and just let them. The rooms are truely awesome. Don't forget your ipod when you go. Grab a bottle or 6 of wine on your way into town and sit outside on your patio. Do yourself a favor and go to SolBar while your there, wonderful people and food. Overall a great trip, can't wait to get back.
