great room for the money

I liked this hotel very much. It was beautiful. I loved the complementary shuttle service. The room was nice. If I had to note something I did not like it would be the front desk employees. They weren't horrible but they weren't extreemly nice either. But that was it. I loved it!

Helpful staff

The staff at the front desk, room service and Cayenne restaurant were all helpful and prompt with their assistance. It made my stay much more relaxing knowing things were taken care of and the staff knew what they were doing with great efficiency.

Value

Worth every penny. The staff went out of their way, showing excellant customer service. The rooms were comfortable. The parking was a slight ordeal but wasn't anything to be bothered about.

Nice room, nice staff, nice location

We were wrapping up a four-day anniversary getaway, and chose the Silver Cloud for our one night in Seattle. The staff was very nice, and the free shuttle service to downtown and the Seahawks game added a lot of value and convenience. We splurged on a jacuzzi room, which was also worth the money for the pampering/convenience. I'd stay there again.

everything I needed it to be

The hotel was perfect .The FREE shuttle was on time and provided grat access to key points in Seattle.I never once needed a taxi. The staff was professional and polite.The Gym/pool jacuzzi area was well kept and a huge treat...Homerun!

One of the Best Hotels I've stayed at

Our room was terrific. Everything we asked for was done before we arrived. We were able to check in early with no problems. Staff was very friendly, room was very nice, pool/spa was very relaxing.

One of our all-time favorites

No other hotel has ever given us better value for our money than Silver Cloud Broadway! We used their wonderful shuttle service every day, as well as the free internet, the free laundry, and don't even get me started on the free breakfast! It was a gorgeous spread ... you even get fresh waffles. The people were all super friendly, and the cleanliness was flawless. I'll undoubtedly be staying there again whenever I go back to Seattle. It's seriously miles ahead of its competitors there!

Wonderful Customer Service

The Customer Service was amazing. I just can't say that enough. From needing directions, to places to see the staff was always friendly, professional, and willing to make sure all questions were answered. The hotel was very clean, room had great amenities and bed/pillows extremely comfortable. My husband and I liked the hotel so much we wanted to stay a 3rd night, since hotel was booked we went to the Bellevue location...and was not disappointed. Very impressed with this hotel name and will stay again at any of their locations.

Outstanding Hotel

If only my other stays at other hotels could have been like this, I would never have another complaint. Hotel appears brand new with excellent management, staff & facilities. Rooms are comfortable & clean and kept that way.

Not quite as nice as it should be!

We had a king Jacuzzi room and the nicest thing was the Jaccuzzi. If it wasnt for that the stay would have beena bust. The people at the front desk were snoody and rude. The access to the roooms was very akward. Overall I have seen bettter for less.
