Great room for the money

It is less than a 15 minute walk to the convention center. Really liked the pool (I could do 12 strokes before hitting the end), it was long enough to actually do laps. Overall a very nice hotel for the price.

Silver Cloud Hotel

It is not mentioned that parking underneath the building is an extra 20.00 dollars so the cost is more than prepared for. The attendant at the desk was professional but not customer service oriented.

Great Spot in Seattle

Nice quite rooms, comfy beds, great shower and tub. Worth the money. The neighborhood is ok. You will get hit up for spare change walking around. Great returants and shops within 2 blocks. Would stay there again easy to get to all points of the city.

free internet worked great and staff had a really nice way of helping us figure out what to do every day. breakfast was really good value

Unbelievable service!

The hotel staff were EXTREMELY helpful and the free breakfast and free shuttle to various locations around the city was great. Wherever there is a Silver Cloud hotel we will be staying there! The room was spacey and clean and the free internet was bonus! Truly excellent hotel!

Service is Key

The thing that made this hotel so good was not just the spacious and clean rooms, but the service of the staff. The shuttle service is outstanding. The drivers are pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. Hotels.com got me a great price for my room as well.

Very good

hotel was very nice/clean, great attached restaurant for meals besides breakfast, the continental breakfast was very good and nice enviroment. Shuttle service was very good and convienent for getting right into the city...everybody that talked to on the phone/behind the front desk was VERY NICE as well as helpful!

Outstanding hotel

The staff were all extremely helpful, from the shuttle bus driver to the hotel manager. The free internet and free printing and faxing were a plus also. The location was about a 4 min drive to downtown but the free shuttle pick up and drop off made up for it. I have stayed at many hotels in the U.S. and abroad and the service here had to be one of the best I have ever had. I would DEFINATELY stay here again and I would highly recommend for others to stay there.

Outstanding Hotel

The Silver Cloud was beautiful, clean and conveniently located. The free shuttle to the downtown area was great! The staff members were professional, courteous and always helpful. The parking was a bit overpriced, but a great addition nonetheless. I plan to stay there again the next time I visit Seattle.
