Great hotel!

We had a great stay at the Holiday In Express in Hartford Convention Center Area. We arrived earlier than planned and the hotel staff was going to allow us to check in an hour earlier.. they gave us directions to the local mall and we came back.. While trying to check in, the person behind the counter was somewhat nasty saying that check-in wasn't for another 20 minutes and the rooms were still being cleaned. We told him that we spoke with someone earlier about checking in a little early and he didn't really apologize but did upgrade us. I think we stayed in a business suite which was quite nice. The breakfast in the morning was a little cold but we had a microwave in our room so that didn't really bother us. Not bad at all, wish we could've checked out the pool and fitness center.But we were only there for a short stay.
