Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 26Large rooms/Updated decor
We stayed at this hotel one night. The room was extremely nice; very clean and large. The beds were comfy and the decor looked updated. We loved the proximity to restaurants and the outlet mall.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 26Great place to stay
This hotel is a great place to stay, as long as you do not want to be in downtown Park City (which is about 10 minutes away.) However, this is a great place to stay if you want to shop at the factory stores, which are essentially next door. It is also less "busy" than downtown and driving into Main street is easy enough anyway. The room we were in faced I-80, so at first we were concerned it would be noisy, but the room was actually very quiet. Rooms were also clean, beds were comfortable (although we questioned if they were really queens, they seemed short). Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs/ham dices, bisquits and gravy, sausages, apples, oranges, muffins, bagels, toast and cereal. They ran out of eggs the first day and took a little while to replace. The second day they completely ran out of bisquits (and there was still an hour left for the breakfast). They simply posted a sign saying sorry, no more bisquits today. So, if you want a good selection, be there early. The pool is fairly small, but for families with young kids, it's great. (It only goes to 5 feet deep.) Overall, it was a great stay.

Everything about the hotel was nice. There were two family reunions going on so there were massive amounts of little children. We couldn't swim. It was very conjested and noisey.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 26Reasonable Price - Good Location
We got this hotel on "sale" both times we stayed. The rooms are clean - staff is friendly. This winter we had a slightly nicer stay b/c the hotel was not as crowded - this summer there was a girls softball tournament going on and the hotel was loaded with kids and families - which made the continental breakfast/seating a little chaotic. Overall the staff was friendly - the breakfast was satisfactory (cereal, toast, eng.muffins, fruit, juices). Cookies in the afternoon were yummy! Internet available in the lobby - wi-fi was very slow in the room. If you are planning to visit other areas (skiing, hiking etc) this is a great location right on Rt. 80. But also has easy access to Park City if you want to go there - 10 min. drive.

The only problem was that the hot tub was closed for repairs. They were required to upgrade their filtration system but ran into a few issues in the process. Not their fault. Everything else was great.

Had to call twice for a portable bed. They brought the one that was sitting in the hall and I don't believe the bedding was clean. No shampoo in bathroom either day. We had to go get some from the front desk - twice. Breakfast was ok. No bananas or yogurt. Apples had stickers on them. If they are not washed, are we supposed to take them back to our room to wash them? After waiting for elevator, I asked front desk if it was working and was told YES! After waiting a while longer, a maintenance worker said he would run down and reset it. Staff courteous, especially the hispanic ones. Good for guests with pets, I suppose but I will not stay there again as I will probably go with a HIE or Hampton as I will know what standards to expect.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 26Excellent Location
This hotel is close to Rt. 80 which allows easy access to all ski areas both in the Park City Area and in the Cottownwood Canyons - as well as Snow Basin. It is a 10-15 min. drive to PC. Breakfast was satisfactory - and fresh cookies at 3pm every day! Great internet access - nice hot tub. Things are slightly dated, but in good condition. Front desk is friendly and accomodating. We got this at the winter sale rate and it was a great bargain!

The complimentary breakfast is quite nice although the "eggs" taste like something out of a chow hall. The afternoon cookies at the front desk also delicious! The Deluxe two bed room was quite large and comfortable. Water in the spa could have been warmer.
