Exellent Hotel!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon. The room was always emaculate. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. It had a nice pool and hot tub, with a ping pong table and pool table nearby. We are very satisfied with our stay here at the Park City Best Western landmark Inn.

Worst Service Ever Experienced

My husband and I booked a two night stay from Fri. June 12th- Sun. June 14th. I had to unexpectedly work on the evening of the 12th. We tried to cancel the room for the night but it was past the noon cancellation time. So we decided to travel anyway and stay even though it was going to be very late by the time we reached the hotel. (It's a 3.5 hour drive) It ended up being around 3:30 in the morning when we arrived. So we place the "do not disturb" sign on the door in order to get some additional sleep the following morning. Needless to say we received a knock on the door at around 11:30AM from housekeeping and the front desk. I opened the door and without a greeting or anything else the woman was holding a clipboard and housekeeping was standing behind her and she said "Front Desk..when are you leaving?" I explained that we were staying two nights and checking out on Sunday the 14th. She said "that's not what I have here." So I explained that I would be happy to get changed and run down to my car to receive my Hotels.com reservation to show them. So I closed the door and another woman called the room. So I answered the phone and explained that I was about to retrieve the reservation to show them we had paid for an additional night. She still proceeded to tell me she had no record of this. So as I hung up and began to exit the room the phone rang again! By this time I was frustrated. We were exhausted and had hardly gotten any sleep. I explained to her that I did not appreciate all of this run around and their un-professionalism as a paying guest. I felt that there hospitality was non-existent and I didn't appreciate the front desk calling twice and knocking on the door that read "do not disturb". They were not even competent in being able to find the reservation that we had made. The woman said that she did not believe that this occurred and that the front desk would not knock on doors, etc....I asked if she was calling me a "liar" and she said that what I was sayi

Great getaway! Very Romantic.

Excellent amenities...inside pool and hot tub, ping pong and pool table. Just think the amenities should be 24hrs. Awesome location for EVERYTHING (shopping, skiing, tubing, etc.)

Amazing for a Best Western

Free WiFi. Free mediocre breakfast buffet. Free Shuttle to slopes. Seriously dated decor and rooms, but not rundown. Decent location and doesn't require a car, although a car makes it better.

Cheap (but only in the financial sense!)

Upon entering the hotel, you're greating by a great, large room with several tiers with tables and couches. It had a very cozy feel about it. The hotel staff and service was incredible. We were helped quickly and were in our room within only a few minutes of verifying our reservation. Our room was enormous! At a price that was nearly half of the other hotels we were looking at, we received an comfortable room with two large beds and a small balcony. I would definitely recommend this place to everybody.

Great Room for the money

My husband and I just needed a night away and we chose this hotel from the price and location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very short but enjoyable.
